Property is the best asset most people can't touch.

Real estate is one of Nigeria's most profitable asset classes, and one of the least accessible. The gap shuts out buyers, stalls sellers and slows building across the continent.

  • ₦50–200MThe average price of a property in a major city.
  • 90%of working-class Nigerians can't afford full ownership, but want to invest in property.
  • One buyeris all a realtor needs, and finding a single high-net-worth buyer for one property is hard.
  • Funding gapsDevelopers often struggle to raise the money to start and finish projects.

One platform, three ways in.

Investors

Co-own verified properties from ₦100,000 and earn steady monthly rental income, with no need to buy a whole house.

Cohold Syndicates

How Cohold works.

Every deal follows the same path, from the first legal check to the monthly payout.

  1. Verify and approve

We check the legal title, value the property and analyse rent. Only high-quality, income-producing assets get listed.

  2. Fractionalize

Each approved property goes into a special purpose vehicle (SPV) and is split into digital shares, so you can start with ₦100,000.

  3. Invest

Browse deals, review the expected returns and buy shares instantly. Your ownership is legally tied to the SPV.

  4. Earn monthly

Rent is collected and paid out every month in proportion to your share.

  5. Exit or trade

Sell on the secondary market, or get liquidity through Cohold Credit. Early sales before maturity carry a 1% fee.

Simple, visible fees.

Cohold earns when deals close and properties perform. This is how.

Transaction fee2–5%A one-time fee on each property deal.
Management fee1–2%Taken from monthly rent distributions.
Secondary market fee1%Charged on shares sold before the maturity date.

A large market that is already online.

$60B+ and growing

Nigeria's property market is worth more than $60 billion and has grown 10–12% a year, even through volatile economic cycles. Strong demand and supply gaps make it one of Africa's most resilient long-term wealth categories.

People already invest by app

Africa's middle class is moving online, using Risevest, PiggyVest, Bamboo, Trove, Chaka and Cowrywise to invest in global assets. These investors are looking for safer, higher-yield options like fractional real estate.
